Lending Club官方:重视并乐见盛大作为股东增持

　　5 月 23 日晚间消息，一份由美国 P2P 网贷平台 Lending Club 提交给美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 的 Schedule 13D 文件中称，盛大集团创始人陈天桥拥有 44,747,830 股 Lending Club 股票，占股比例为 11.7%。盛大一跃成为其最大股东。受此消息影响，Lending Club周一股价一度飙涨14%，收盘上涨8%。
